Ginger Chicken

4 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp Ground Ginger
1 cup Breadcrumbs
Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter

Mix ginger and bread crumbs together.
Flatten chicken breasts between wax paper.
Dredge chicken in egg wash and coat in breadcrumb mix. Allow to air dry for several minutes.
Heat oil and butter in pan over medium high heat. (Reduce to medium heat halfway into cooking.)
Carefully place chicken breasts into pan. Fry until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
